What it costs
Repair / diagnostic visit $99
A technician finds the problem and gives you a repair quote before any work starts.
The $99 covers the visit and the diagnosis. It is not credited toward the quoted repair. VIP members pay no visit fee.

We look at more than one thing before recommending a repair or a replacement: how old the furnace is, whether it keeps breaking down, what a safety check turns up, and what you want out of your next few winters. We'll explain what we find before any work starts.

Questions before you book
- Can someone come the same day?
- Often, yes. Call early in the day and we can often be there the same day.
- Do you work on my furnace brand?
- We are a Coleman authorized dealer. We also service Trane, Carrier, Goodman, Lennox and Rheem.
- What if my thermostat says heat but nothing happens?
- Check that the thermostat has power and is set to heat, and that your breaker and furnace switch are both on. If it still won't run, call us.
- I smell gas or my carbon monoxide alarm is going off. What do I do?
- Leave the house. Call your gas utility or 911, then call us. Do not try to relight a pilot light or reset anything yourself.
