My husband and I woke up to our boiler leaking, with water soaking through our utility closet and spare bedroom. I called several HVAC companies, and because it was the weekend, we were repeatedly told that we would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday (2–3 days) which simply wasn't an option for us. We were starting to feel pretty hopeless until we found Complete Home Comfort. They answered right away and were able to get us scheduled early the following morning. Our technician, Jeremy, arrived promptly and was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. He took his time explaining everything to us, answered all of our questions, and thoroughly addressed the issues we were having. We were understandably stressed when we called, but Jeremy made the entire experience so much easier. He never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions, and he left us feeling relieved and confident that everything had been taken care of. We are so grateful for the prompt response and especially for the care and professionalism Jeremy showed us. This is the greatest company! They are efficient, clean and very courteous! They always call ahead of your appointment time . They come ONTIME , every time. They replaced my furnace filter, water filter for the humidifier and did the annual maintenance on the furnace. I purchased the annual maintenance service as well. The entire bill was just over $200. My air conditioner service in the spring will cost me nothing. I have been with Home Comfort for many years. I live in the Legacy Estates subdivision in Temperance Mi. Call them . You can’t go wrong. You won’t overpay for quality service.
