What it costs
Repair / diagnostic visit $99
A technician finds the problem and gives you a repair quote before any work starts.
The $99 covers the visit and the diagnosis. It is not credited toward the quoted repair. VIP members pay no visit fee.
Diagnosis or recharge?
Some AC problems are a quick fix, like an airflow blockage or a simple part. Others point to something bigger, like a refrigerant leak or a failing compressor. We find the actual cause before recommending a recharge, a repair, or a replacement.

Questions before you book
- Can someone come the same day?
- Often, yes. Call early in the day and we can often be there the same day.
- Do you work on my AC brand?
- We are a Coleman authorized dealer. We also service Trane, Carrier, Goodman, Lennox and Rheem.
- My outdoor unit has ice on it. Is that a problem?
- Yes. Turn the system off and let the ice melt before we take a look. Running it with ice on the coil can cause more damage.
- What if my AC won't turn off?
- Turn it off at the thermostat, or at the breaker if it still won't stop, and call us.
