What you get in writing when we repair something, and when we install a new system.
These are the terms we work to, in the same words they are written in. Ask us about any of them before you say yes to a job.
When we repair something
100% satisfaction guarantee
We guarantee that our technicians will fix your furnace or air conditioner the first time. If the system fails again that season, we will repair it again at no cost to you. Does not include refrigerant.
Lifetime part guarantee
If the part we replace fails in the lifetime of the furnace or air conditioner, we will replace it at no cost to our client. Must be a member of a premium maintenance plan.
When we install a new system
10-year labor
You pay for no equipment-related repairs for 10 years, as long as the system is maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. All repairs must be made by an authorized Coleman dealer.
Comfort guarantee
Within the first two years, we guarantee that your system will maintain 73 degrees on a 90-degree day and 70 degrees on a 0-degree day at your thermostat. If it does not, we will make all modifications needed to maintain those temperatures at no cost to you.
Frustration guarantee
If the system stops working within the first year, we have 48 hours from the time you call to diagnose it, or we give you $250 and fix it for free.
Risk-free guarantee
If you are unhappy for any reason with our service or quality during the first year of ownership, and we can't fix it to industry standards, we will refund 100% of your original investment.
Property protection guarantee
We guarantee to care for your property as you do. We use drop cloths and floor savers to protect traffic and work areas. If we fail to do so, we will give you a 3-year basic maintenance plan for free.
Apples to Apples
You cannot get the same quality installation for a cheaper price, or we will match the price. All we ask is that you truly compare apples to apples.
