Inspected furnace August 2026 in Monroe Michigan. Inspection was set up same day. Replaced faulty motor super fast and expertly installed. Representative arrived on time, Inspected and needed to replace motor. He efficiently and quickly installed furnace motor that he had since their company installed an air conditioner

Christian was great. Fair pricing, showed up same day and called to say he could come sooner as we were without AC. Diagnosed the problem, solved it and got us signed up for the annual maintenance plan for the AC/Furnace. Would highly recommend.

They came fast and with his tools and knowledge the Tec found the problem fast, he got a part and installed it, and the furnace kicked right on, I’m very and if I need service again I’ll call this company

The service tech showed me a video of oil that was supposed to be changed last year. Apparently the oil and spark plugs were most likely not changed. I will be using this company from now on. Very professional and polite!

James arrived on time and was very courteous, he explained everything so that is was clear and understandable. They are very consistent in their work and I will continue to call Complete Home Comfort for maintenance and any other issues with my HVAC.

This is the greatest company! They are efficient, clean and very courteous! They always call ahead of your appointment time . They come ONTIME , every time. They replaced my furnace filter, water filter for the humidifier and did the annual maintenance on the furnace. I purchased the annual maintenance service as well. The entire bill was just over $200. My air conditioner service in the spring will cost me nothing. I have been with Home Comfort for many years. I live in the Legacy Estates subdivision in Temperance Mi. Call them . You can’t go wrong. You won’t overpay for quality service.

My husband and I woke up to our boiler leaking, with water soaking through our utility closet and spare bedroom. I called several HVAC companies, and because it was the weekend, we were repeatedly told that we would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday (2–3 days) which simply wasn't an option for us. We were starting to feel pretty hopeless until we found Complete Home Comfort. They answered right away and were able to get us scheduled early the following morning. Our technician, Jeremy, arrived promptly and was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. He took his time explaining everything to us, answered all of our questions, and thoroughly addressed the issues we were having. We were understandably stressed when we called, but Jeremy made the entire experience so much easier. He never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions, and he left us feeling relieved and confident that everything had been taken care of. Great service!

They came out and not only replaced our furnace, hot water tank and air conditioner condenser, they replaced all lines, and repaired the unprofessional job from the previous owner. They worked all day and were great at what they do. I will recommend them to anyone.

Dude showed up early, serviced my appliances, gave me some advice on how to prevent issues with my furnace and what to look for, he was friendly and professional and they sent the same guy who had been there a year ago, I like that. I only had to take an hr off of work and honestly, if I would have left as soon as he was done I would've been 15 mins behind, thats how straight to business he was about it. For service calls and stuff, being on the ball like that is so appreciated, I've lost full days waiting for cable guys and stuff like that. 10/10 would recommend.

Kalim came out and was polite and helpful. He made sure he understood the concern and fixed the issue and was quick. He also out on booties without being asked which is always a plus. I had a simple drier vent issue and he was able to fix it quickly and easily.

Kalim was early for appointment time- that was great- he was very professional, explained the problem, reviewed cost choices and set follow up to complete repairs after parts were ordered.

James from Complete Home Comfort was sent to my home in Newport, MI for a "Second Opinion," on a furnace repair. A week ago I contacted a local Monroe MI HVAC business who installed my brand new furnace in the latter part of October 2023. I was told by the technician doing the estimate repair order who is employed with the original installing company of my furnace that my furnace was no longer under warranty, that my warranty expired last year! The 2 parts were going to cost me with over $2200.00!! My original "Brand New" furnace with installation cost around $5,000.00. I was very concerned about the price and that a brand new furnace would need that costly of a repair and only 3 years old. I had done the biannual maintenance recommended with no noted issues so my gut told me call another local business for a second opinion. I am so glad I followed my gut because Complete Home Comfort had a technician at my Newport, MI within a couple of hours. James called on his way to my home, introduced himself when he came to the door. After my explanation of what my furnace was doing he got into looking at the problem. He found the other companies quoted estimate was misdiagnosed and the repair was way less. Extremely less! James also took the time to call the manufacturer of my furnace and it was never registered by the installing company which would have been a covered part if it had been registered. James was awesome, he had the replacement part on his truck and was able to have it replaced and running within minutes. I am so very happy with Comfort Home Care from my initial call earlier this morning to the repair today! I will highly recommend this business to family and friends. Hopefully I won't need it but if in the future I have problems with my furnace or central air unit, "Complete Home Care," will be the business I call . Thank you Complete Home Comfort for a job well done!

I had a great experience having this company out for the first time. We have lived in our house around Monroe for 4 years after we had it built and have yet to have the furnace looked at until now. Michael was very pleasant to talk to and he brought up a safety issue to me and then quickly corrected it at no cost. Even though it took him 30 seconds to fix it, he showed me what it was and just took care of it. He was very informative and because my wife is a veteran he explained to me their program for veterans and first responders. It is a wonderful program for these folks and he also told me to thank my wife for her service. Their furnace tune up special had ended but they did give me that price and that is much appreciated. I will definitely continue using this company and they are Veteran owned. If you are a veteran or first responder, I would definitely call and inquire about their maintenance program for veterans. I would like to say thank you for your service to their owner as well and to all U.S. veterans.

Excellent customer service. Called them at 4 pm on a Friday. They said they could have a service tech out that night or first thing in the morning. Then I got a call about 10 mins later from the tech, saying they would be out in about 20 mins. Michael was informative and quick. Found the issue and fixed it in no time. Just great service all around!!

I want to give a shout out to Complete Home Comfort. This company has gone above and beyond in servicing our heat and AC needs for many years. We just had our fall furnace service check and again, they did not disappoint. Bonus if you or spouse is a veteran. The annual service calls might as well be free. They are veteran owned. No price gouging or pressure sales of any kind. They are always very respectful of our home while working. There was no heat in the house!! Technician showed up on same day as I called!! Got the furnace working but do need a new one which I ordered. Technicians name was James. Highly highly recommend him as great customer service resolved my problem and honest. I would and am using Comfort again. Also got a service contract, I was so impressed. I live in Erie.

I called about furnace not working and received service the same day. It was a thermostat issue and Chris was able to install a new one for us, and got it running. He was very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

Jeremy did an outstanding job!!! He also gave me additional information about my installation from the company that installed my boiler. It has been leaking since they put it in, 3 years. They have been out several times without fixing the problem. Jeremy told me what they need to do to make it stop leaking!!!! I'm never calling anyone else for boiler maintenance and repair again.

We had Micheal come out and look at our furnace and were impressed! We recently had a new furnace put in by a different company and did not have a good experience… The other company basically left us dead in the water with a bill and a furnace that was over heating! Within minutes Michael had it diagnosed and fixed! Don’t go anywhere us trust me!
