- Yes. We are open 7am to 7pm, seven days a week. That includes Saturday and Sunday.
- What if my heat goes out at night?
- Open 7am–7pm, 7 days a week. After 7pm, our answering service takes your call.
- Can you come the same day?
- Often, yes. Call early in the day and we can often be there the same day.
- What areas do you serve?
- Southeast Michigan and Greater Toledo: Monroe, Ann Arbor, Canton, Livonia and Plymouth in Michigan, and Toledo, Sylvania, Ottawa Hills, Holland, Maumee, Perrysburg and Rossford in Ohio.
- Do you work in both Michigan and Ohio?
- Yes. We have an office in Monroe, Michigan and an office in Toledo, Ohio.
- Which brands do you work on?
- We are a Coleman authorized dealer. We also service Trane, Carrier, Goodman, Lennox and Rheem.
